The breakfast was very tasty and had a country-specific selection for the most frequent visitor groups of the hotel, i.e. Spaniards, British, Germans. The staff in the breakfast area was always very helpful and courteous. But you shouldn't exhaust the breakfast times. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to explore the city on foot. The shops are almost all open from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m., including Sundays. Shopping fans get their money's worth in the city.
Unfortunately, hygiene is not particularly important there. You can't even blame the cleaning staff because they show great commitment, but maybe it is more due to the Spanish mentality that it is not as important to them as we Germans. Possibly. the executive board also specifies a savings course. From the reviews here in the portal, I knew before my arrival that the hotel was "shabby", but I only noticed on site how much this was true. If you don't mind broken stair carpets, inadequate bathroom hygiene (even with the towels I sometimes had the impression that they weren't washed properly) and worn furniture, I can recommend the hotel. The hotel unfortunately has a lot of repair backlog. You can book a rental car in the city, but should inquire in good time. Parking spaces are only available in the underground car park at very expensive tariffs, public parking spaces are almost always occupied, as there is little available. The airport shuttle specified on the hotel website and here does not exist!

We really enjoyed our stay in fataga. An ideal place for exploring Las Palmas...
Nothing it was perfect.

Classic business hotel in the city center. The room is ordinary, quite convenient and comfortable. A good varied and rich breakfast buffet with fresh juices and fruit. Location in the city center right next to the central market. Plenty of shops nearby.
The hotel is located in a non-tourist, residential area of the city. There is no parking, but at the reception desk they give you a special paper with underground parking (Plaza España) 150 m away from the hotel for an extra fee, but it is 14 euros for two days with unlimited entries and exits (you have to ask for a rhinestone parking voucher at the reception - everything is explained very clearly), while parking at the usual rate of 26 euros for one night. The hotel itself is a bit "tired", looks like an old Soviet hotel, although everything works and everywhere is clean. Bicycle simulator in the room - of course for the amateur)). There were no hot tubs or sauna on the roof, it didn't seem very comfortable. It's a long way to the historic centre. The hotel is more suitable for a business trip than a holiday or exploring the city.

the only thing i didnt like was the fact we didnt know where to park previous to arriving at the hotel, had to park up in a car park opposite then go into the hotel to then be told we had to move car to further down road, apart from that the staff were fantastic and had a nice stay.

Very convenient for shops, and centre of Las Palmas. Transport links very good, not far from airport & port. Good breakfast.
Rooms appeared tired, in need of a refurb. Cannot see the point of an expensive exercise bike in each room.
-
No parking at hotel only nearest public car park at an extra 12 euros per day, breakfast was mediocre and there wasn't a restaurant for evening meals, bathroom was very tired in need of refurbishment. The only extra on offer was an exercise bike in the room. I have always experienced better amenities at four star hotels, it was expensive for what was on offer.

The bathroom is big, and great water pressure. Breakfast is really good, lots of cold meat options with crusty bread, along with croisants and pastry. Coffee is not do good. Wifi is confusing to get working, but ok once open.
Cleanliness of the rooms is quite poor, and no fridge in the rooms.
-
Very helpful staff on reception, very nice breakfast, central location not far from Mesa y Lopez and Plaza D'Espagne and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Could do with a mini bar/fridge in the room

Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. Location within walking distance of stores, restaurants and broadway play and shows. Hotel very clean and roomy enough. I highly recommend this hotel.
-
Excellent hotel and excellent friendly helpful staff
Wifi was poor and did not work most of time. Even when it did work it is an unusual system that takes more effort than normal to log in with. Staff were helpful but still problems with it.

Convient to the city
No tea making facilities in the room No fridges in the room wi fi poor Constant traffic noise with window open. No control for air conditioner/heater No evening resturant
-
Excellent location close to all shops in Las Palmas, this hotel is a good value-for-money close to all shops. I was there one day to see some friends. Hotel was clean, I was on 7th floor, far from street noise,

central location with easy walk to beaches, shops, and to bus terminals to take you to the south of the island if desired. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in the room is excellent and the housekeeping is very good.
- The internet service is an extremely complex system and difficult to get to function - a surprise considering this hotel seems to be aimed at business travellers. We had no wifi reception in our room (and it seems about half the rooms have no wifi) so had to use the lobby for internet (when we could get it to work, that is). - There is no outdoor space for guests. Although this is a 4 star hotel, the decor is a little tired and some of the 4 star attributes could be improved - the hair dryers are bad, the exercise bike in the room is a bit strange, would rather not have had it and had better television/hair dryer etc. - The coffee at breakfast is terrible. There isn't much choice for vegetarians, though it does help that there is lots of fresh fruit and juice. - Television only offers primarily Spanish channels for free. Movies in other languages cost a fee.

The city centre location
Breakfast was of a very poor standard especially cooked items. The availability of a container of "hot water" would be very beneficial in order to make tea (no tea bags either) Staff not very helpful and toaster could do with some maintenance!!!!

Nice and rich breakfast; room with enough space for a familiy of four persons.
Bathtub in our room getting old
